Sees children and adults at the Warragul clinic and telehealth

Caroline offers a warm, empathic and genuine approach to counselling. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to personal growth.

Her approach to counselling is grounded in curiosity and compassion for each person’s individual journey. She takes the time to listen deeply and understand your experiences, supporting you to explore your unique emotions, thoughts and challenges in a way that feels safe and meaningful.

Caroline is a Social Worker with seven years’ counselling experience, primarily supporting people with trauma, relational difficulties and sexual trauma. My experience also includes supporting people with anxiety, depression, workplace challenges and neurodivergence.

Caroline began her counselling journey providing crisis support at The Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne before moving into longer term counselling. She is passionate about using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which is an evidence based psychological therapy. Caroline is at the tale end of completing the process to qualify as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with the Australian Association of Social Workers and hold a Master of Social Work with the University of Melbourne.

Caroline lives in the Gippsland region with her partner and two children for the past 11 years and was also a professional musician prior to becoming a mum.
